The Pan-African Research Centre (The PARC) is a new initiative by p a d à Foundation. The first floor has been transformed into a dedicated space for deep research, and for a nominal fee we invite members of the public to utilise our growing collection of books, magazines, records, tapes, and other audio-visual material.
